On October 21, 2025, in the late autumn of the ancient capital Xi’an, the 4th “BROTHER” User Conference was successfully held. The event was hosted by Pro-Technic Machinery Ltd., with strong support from Brother Machinery Business (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and Brother Machinery (Xi’an) Co., Ltd.

Nearly 100 distinguished guests from across the country attended the conference, bringing together industry elites — both established leaders and rising innovators.

At 10:00 AM, the conference commenced. Mr. Zu, Chairman of Brother Machinery (Xi’an) Co., Ltd., and Mr. Fujimoto, Chairman of Brother Machinery Business (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., delivered opening speeches on behalf of Brother, warmly welcoming all guests in attendance.

Mr. Liu offered a comprehensive presentation on factory management and quality assurance, highlighting the core elements behind the manufacturing of advanced machine tools. His insights provided attendees with a clear understanding of Brother’s rigorous production standards and quality control processes.

Through a series of real-world machining demonstrations, Mr. Chen showcased the exceptional efficiency, precision, and stability of Brother machines — especially in rapidly developing sectors such as robotics and new energy component manufacturing — offering customers a broader and deeper understanding of Brother’s capabilities.

 User Experience Sharing

This session created a valuable platform for exchange among participants. Several experienced users shared practical insights from production environments, innovative operating strategies, and observations on industry development trends. Their firsthand experience provided inspiration and new perspectives for many attendees.

Guests visited both the assembly workshops and parts manufacturing lines of Brother Machinery. They experienced firsthand a precision manufacturing process aligned with the same standards used in Brother’s Japanese factories. Every stage — from machining to final assembly — reflected rigorous quality assurance and efficient production control, leaving guests with a deep impression of Brother’s excellence in manufacturing.

The demonstration area was lively, with guests actively discussing machine features with on-site engineers. Live machining sessions — including BT30 models performing tasks typically associated with BT40 equipment, as well as compact five-axis gear-machining solutions — highlighted the advanced performance and flexibility of Brother machines, earning widespread recognition and praise.

Interactive quiz sessions and an exciting lucky draw added to the engaging atmosphere. With enthusiastic participation from the audience, bursts of applause and cheers filled the venue, pushing the event’s atmosphere to its peak.
