Good maintenance plan can extend the life of machine tool and reduce the chance of maintenance.Our company has accumulated some experience in the maintenance of the presses during these thirty years, and we share the following: 1) Daily check points: | Project | Check points | 1 | work environment | – Keep the machine clean and tidy | 2 | Lubrication oil level gauge inspection | – Each lubrication point should be in the lower limit of the oil level | 3 | Compressed air system inspection | – Use sound to determine whether the joints or parts are leaking – Check the piping、contact、The clutch and the balance cylinder leak gas | 4 | Whether the pressure gauge needle is in range | – Adjust pressure gauges properly,The pointer is detached from the red area | 5 | Filter | – Drain the water from filter memory before operation | 6 | Air cylinder | – Open the drain valve of the gas cylinder before operation and drain the internal water | 7 | Brake clutch and solenoid valve | – The operation of an inch and the exhaust condition of the solenoid valve are used to identify the abnormality | 8 | Check the rotation of flywheel after starting of motor | – Pay attention to start, acceleration, vibration and whether there is any noise, such as when the rotary resistance is large, the belt will vibrate | 9 | Full operation inspection | – Inch move, safe stroke, continuous foot inspection |
