Good maintenance plan can extend the life of machine tool and reduce the chance of maintenance.Our company has accumulated some experience in the maintenance of the presses during these thirty years, and we share the following:

1) Daily check points:

1work environment– Keep the machine clean and tidy
2Lubrication oil level gauge inspection– Each lubrication point should be in the lower limit of the oil level
3Compressed air system inspection– Use sound to determine whether the joints or parts are leaking
– Check the piping、contact、The clutch and the balance cylinder leak gas
4Whether the pressure gauge needle is in range– Adjust pressure gauges properly,The pointer is detached from the red area
5Filter– Drain the water from filter memory before operation
6Air cylinder– Open the drain valve of the gas cylinder before operation and drain the internal water
7Brake clutch and solenoid valve– The operation of an inch and the exhaust condition of the solenoid valve are used to identify the abnormality
8Check the rotation of flywheel after starting of motor– Pay attention to start, acceleration, vibration and whether there is any noise, such as when the rotary resistance is large, the belt will vibrate

3) Monthly check points:

The travel determination of clutch and brake– dry type clutch、The travel of the brake should be within 1.5-2.0mm
– wet clutch and brake travel should be within 1.5-5.0mm

V belt for main motor– V – type belt with hand pressure check pull, to sink about 1/2 “the arc state is ideal

Balance cylinder inner condition check– Open the balance cylinder to check the lubricating oil condition

Stop at the dead endThere are several reasons for the stop position

  1. Stop position must be fixed, but the CAM switch position should be adjusted when it is not fit
  2. Stop position is not necessarily, but the wrong range is not long please adjust the departure, the brake stroke
  3. Stop location is not always necessary, but please adjust the CAM when the error range is too much

Look out for site lubrication– Use the manual pump to pull down a few times,In case of oil loss, the heat loss of copper and head guide plate is caused。

Pay attention to changes in air pressure– Always pay attention to the pressure gauge and avoid the pressure outside the specified range to prevent damage

Comprehensive inspection of cleaning, cleaning and punching of various parts– The residual air in the gas should be excreted and all parts removed

3Solenoid valve inspection– Check whether the action is in good condition, the coil is not burned, the spring is abnormal, bad time should be repaired or updated
4Screw inspection– Check whether the screw is tight
5Electrical connection check– Check whether the relay contact is worn and the wiring is loose
