As a professional BT30 equipment provider in the automotive parts industry, Brother will add a new member U500Xd1 to the SPEEDIO family in 2022. Based on the "best-selling" S500, it will add a cradle style AC shaft, multiple expanded performance and configurations, and achieve multi-faceted processing with one clamping, improving individual combat capabilities and reducing production process errors.
In response to the trend of large-scale die-casting parts for EVs, an upgraded version U500Xd2 will be launched in 2024, with strong corresponding capabilities for U500.
U500Xd2 is an enhanced version of the previous generation U500Xd1. Increased Y and Z stroke, with a standard spindle of 12K, allowing for greater machining capacity in the most compact space.
Equipped with a Ø 260mm AC axis high-speed and high-precision roller turntable, with three types of tower tool magazines available: 14, 21, 28, and the fastest tool change time is 0.6 seconds;
By completing five sided machining with one clamping, the process intensification is accelerated while reducing process errors.
The system adopts the latest D00 controller as the core, and the 15 inch large touch screen not only facilitates operation, but also provides more management information and network connection standards.
