The QT worktable, a unique accompanying worktable exchange device created by Brother Company, is a high-speed two-way accompanying worktable exchange device with a rotating worktable method. The non floating high-speed workbench exchange and enclosed structure achieve high reliability. Due to the fact that workpieces can be replaced on the other side of the worktable during processing on a single-sided worktable, time for workpiece replacement is saved, allowing the machine to achieve non-stop processing. The wide fixture area can accommodate fixtures both inside and outside the rotating diameter of the accompanying workbench. The standard spiral diameter is 1020mm, the fixture height is 300mm, and there is a wide fixture area, making it easier to load the indexing head fixture. In the selection process, the area of the fixture can be expanded to correspond to larger fixtures.

As an upgrade to R450Z1, R450Xd1's main improvements include:
