The Electrode Automation Unit can assist our clients in realising 24 hour production with minimal manual involvement, a single operator can handle multiple units, improving machine utilisation on average from 50% to 92% and saving critical labour costs. By using tool calibration devices and other standard calibration devices, our clients are able to effectively prevent human errors, ensuring production consistency.By using our PT- FMS software, our clients can also improve on production planning through integration with ERP and MES softwares.

CMM, robot and Smart Warehouse are connected through our in-house developed PT- FMS software; and through using QR and RFID technologies our clients can achieve IIoT production planning, automated loading/unloading, smart inspection and data analysis, thus achieving factory digitalisation.
