The Automatic Production Calibration Unit combines machine center, robot, Smart Warehouse and CMM, replacing manual operations. Together with our in- house developed PTMES and QR/RFID technologies, our clients are able to achieve an IIoT orientated manufacturing and inspecting process.

The Automatic Production Calibration Unit can assist our clients in realising 24 hour production with minimal manual involvement, a single operator can handle multiple units, improving machine utilisation on average from 50% to 92% and saving critical labour costs.

By using tool calibration devices and other standard calibration devices, our clients are able to effectively prevent human errors, ensuring production consistency.
