Recap | 2024 Brother Machine Tool Technology Seminar (Ningbo)

On the afternoon of August 27, 2024, a vibrant and insightful Brother Machine Tool Technology Seminar was successfully held at the Brother Technical Center (Ningbo). The event attracted numerous industry professionals and experts from various fields.

In today’s era of transformation, traditional manufacturing is undergoing profound change. The widespread adoption of new energy vehicles and the growing demand for customized products are pushing large-scale mass production toward a lean manufacturing model characterized by flexibility, small batches, and a wide variety of products. At the same time, the increasing complexity of components and rising labor costs are creating unprecedented challenges in production scheduling and efficiency.

A number of multi-axis machining centers were showcased at the event, drawing significant attention. With their outstanding performance, high flexibility, and precision control, these machines provide robust support for both traditional industrial upgrading and the production of emerging high-tech components.

Attendees had the opportunity to witness live machining demonstrations, guided by Brother’s technical experts. During the trial machining sessions, participants observed the high efficiency and precision of Brother machines up close, gaining a deeper and more intuitive understanding of their capabilities.

This seminar served as a valuable platform for technical exchange and industry dialogue, where participants explored the future potential of intelligent manufacturing together. Through shared experiences and open discussion, guests left with a stronger understanding of Brother’s advanced technologies and a solid foundation for future collaboration.
We look forward to our next meeting.
